  • A rental deposit (25% to 50% of balance) and signed contract are required to confirm reservation.
  • 5% gratuity suggested.
  • Accepted forms of payment: Check, Bank Wire, VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover (2% service fee for all credit card transactions)
  • All prices include fuel and driver, unless specified otherwise.
  • All coaches are non-smoking.
  • Hourly rate begins at scheduled pickup time, and concludes when last passenger(s) are dropped. This policy applies to Davidson and contiguous counties. Extra fee may apply for locations outside this area.
  • Customer is liable for any interior damage to bus during lease.
  • Trips originating and/or finishing outside of Nashville, TN area are subject to a relocation fee.
