Frequently Asked Questions
Booking/Reservations
For all tours under 30 days, a signed contract and 50% deposit is due 30 days prior to departure. For tours over 30 days, a signed contract and initial deposit of two months balance is due at contract signature to secure booking.
For Nashville reservations, a minimum of 4 hours are required. Bus reservations are $400/hour with 10% gratuity and a sprinter is $150/hour with a 10% gratuity.

All quotes are custom and all-inclusive of your trip. We determine mileage, fuel costs, length of tour and itinerary to determine your pricing. Your only additional expenses are gratuity and unexpected parking.
Buses cannot go on grass, narrow country roads or neighborhoods with low hanging items (powerlines, trees). Buses thrive in large parking lots, easy turnarounds, and city street grids. They love open spaces.
For the sprinter, maximum capacity is 9. For a bus, maximum capacity is 18-22, depending on the coach. You will be most comfortable with a capacity of 15. At Premiere, our coaches are designed for a comfortable, lounge environment.
Coaches/Amenities
All coaches have the same amenities list. They only vary in layout and finishes.
Coaches are assigned based on availability and the best fit for your trip. If you have preferences, we will try to accommodate your preferences within your top 3 selections.
We provide coffee, tea, water and soft drinks upon request. You are welcome to bring any food and beverages you would like. We can accommodate the ability to stock the coach prior to departure upon request.
Everyone is welcome. If children are onboard, an adult must be present as a chaperone. We recommend a 5:1 ration. All pets must be house trained. An additional deposit may be required.
When on the road, our buses use generator power. Upon reaching your final destination, it is more cost effective to utilize ShorePower. If there is not ShorePower available, this may affect your quote.
Campaigns & Tours
A bus tour provides additional exposure, brand awareness and efficiency within any campaign. It provides a comfortable, private space for your candidate and the ability to house a remote campaign office when on the road.
Self driven vehicles upfront are less costly, but require maintenance, upkeep, liability and facilitating your own logistics and navigation. A Premiere bus is camera ready and driven by a professional with campaign experience.
Send us an inquiry with a basic timeframe and idea of scope of your travel. (Is this statewide, three states a month, every county in the state in 30 days, etc.?)
Yes. We send you a bus wrap design template. Based on the size of your bus wrap, we will determine a quote and refine it with production. Wraps have to be approved by both parties, at least 14 business days prior to departure to avoid rush fees.
Premiere will provide you with a comprehensive list of factors to consider when you’re planning. Some of them might include: Bus-friendly hotels and venues, well spaced hour stops and DOT requirements.
Tours are booked on a first come, first served basis. Premiere serves a wide variety of tours. It is best to let us know you’re interested, as soon as possible. You don’t have to ever detail of the tour determined prior to inquiry. During election years, we book anywhere from 1-6 months in advance.
