Hourly Rate - $275 per hour
  • 3-hour minimum on weekdays (Mon – Thu)
  • 4-hour minimum on weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)
Daily Rate - $1,800
  • Local Nashville: 8 hours included. Additional hours $150/hr.
  • Beyond Local: 350 miles included, $2/mile additional
Platinum Coach Rate
  • Grant & Eisenhower are the Platinum coaches
  • Additional hourly rate of $25 or daily rate of $250

NASCAR - $1,700/day
  • Includes coach, driver, fuel, soft drinks/water, and ice.
  • Not included: tickets, parking pass, gratuity or hotel.
  • Usage begins when coach departs Nashville.

Breeder's Cup - $2,000/day, 2 day minimum
  • November 5-6, 2010 at Churchill Downs, Louisville, KY
  • Includes coach, driver, fuel, soft drinks/water, and ice.
  • Not included: parking pass, gratuity, and hotel.
  • Usage begins when coach departs Nashville.

SEC Football - $2,000 for day trip
  • Ideal travel means for a fun-filled football day trip!
  • Includes coach, driver, and fuel. Parking and gratuity not included.
  • Coach can arrive up to 2-3 hours prior to kickoff and must depart within 1 hour of game end.
  • Valid for Nashville-based trips to Knoxville (UT), Tuscaloosa (AL), Lexington (UK), and Oxford (MS)
  • $500 discount applies for local Nashville trip to Vanderbilt.
  • Additional fees apply for trips to other SEC schools.
SEC Championship - $2,200 for day trip
  • Origin - Nashville, TN. Destination - Atlanta, GA
  • Includes coach, driver, and fuel. Parking and gratuity not included.
  • Coach can arrive up to 2 hours prior to kickoff and must depart within 1 hour of game end.
Super Bowl XLV
$1,800/day, 5 day minimum
  • Game Day is Sunday, February 6, 2011at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas, TX
  • Includes coach, driver, fuel, soft drinks/water/ice.
  • Additional fees include: parking pass, gratuity, driver hotel.
  • Usage begins when coach departs Nashville.

  • Customer is liable for any interior damage to bus during lease.
  • Trips originating and/or finishing outside of Davidson county of Tennessee are subject to a relocation fee.
